Nomad Review:
The Surge is a standard distance driver that doesn’t fit into my bag. Despite the overstable numbers, I would actually call it closer to stable than overstable. With a lot of power I do get quite a bit of turn out of it. In a headwind, it doesn’t hook up until the very end. So high power throwers will find it too touchy for headwind shots. On the other hand, low power throwers will get a long straight flight! This is an excellent disc for players who have mastered their midranges and fairway and are now looking to step up to distance drivers.
