The Axiom Defy is a stable to overstable distance driver. The Defy is straight with a nice overstability at the end. Furthermore, it is best described as a more stable MVP Photon or a longer Axiom Clash. Similar to the Clash, the Defy exhibits remarkable resistance to turnover even at high power. Players seeking a long straight power driver will appreciate the straight tendencies of the Defy. Whereas throwers not fully powering the Defy will get a highly dependable overstable disc.
The defining characteristic of the Defy is its resistance to turn while flying straight. High power throwers will get a long straight flight with turnover resistance and a fairly straight finish. On the other hand, average power throwers will find the Defy turnover and headwind resistant while still having a manageable stability for maximum distance.
